Step 1. Launch "Photos" app on your iPhone or iPad and tap "Albums" to choose "Live Photos" album.
Step 2. Choose one live photo or multiple live photos that you want to turn into GIF format, then swipe up to choose one effect you like: "Loop", "Bounce" and "Long Exposure".
