How to Get A Refund for Automatic Renewal Product?

A: When 1 Year License expires, product will be renewed automatically if you don't cancel the 1 Year Subscription manually. According to our Refund Policy, please kindly understand that a refund for the automatic renewal product is not supported. Here's why:

When you enter the order page, the payment platform (MyCommerce) will remind you of the Auto Renewal Service and show you how to turn off the Service. (Note: The entire renewal transaction is based on Digital River's Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. Please visit MyCommerce's Customer Service Help page for any questions about renewal.)

Once the order is complete, an email will be sent telling you how to cancel your subscription, and you can cancel your subscription at any time before the expiration of 1 year. More importantly, MyCommerce will send you an email again to inform you of expiration and renewal 7 days before your subscription expires. So, please pay attention to your mailbox from time to time to keep abreast of subscription information.
