Before thinking that you have not received the license code (registration code or regcode) after purchase, please make sure you have tried the following ways to check your license code. When you completed your order successfully, you will receive your license code within minutes and you can check it from either the payment platform or the email. Tips: Both the license email and license code are required to register our software. And the license email is the email address you offered when you placed the order.
Once the order is completed, you have 2 ways to check your license code from the payment platform (MyCommerce):
1. Directly check the license code on the "Order Complete" page of the payment platform when the order is fulfilled.
2. Search the license code on the payment platform:
> Go to the "Order Search" page and enter your license email and order number into the blank, and click "SEARCH" button;
> On the next page, you can see the search result here. Please click on your order ID to enter the "Order Lookup" page;
> When you are on the "Order Lookup" page, you will see the products you have ordered as below;
> Please click on the target product to show more information of it. Thus you will see the license code, license email and more information of the order you have placed.
Once the order is completed, you will be sent 2 emails from the payment platform (MyCommerce) to your license email address (the email address you have offered when placing the order), so please make sure the provided email address is valid.
In one of the emails, titled as "Your Order Confirmation", you can check all detailed information of your order, including the license code, billing information, and more. Please check your email a few minutes after the order is completed. If you can't find the email, please check the junk/spam box instead.
If you have not received your license code within 30 minutes after the purchase or you have any questions regarding to billing or delivery, please contact MyCommerce's Order Customer Service Center.
Assuming you have not received your license code after contacting MyCommerce, please contact us via email at email@example.com with your following information:
- Your order ID;
- Your full name and email address on the order;
- The date and amount of the charge.
