If you lost your license code (registration code/regcode) after purchase, please take it easy, things will work out eventually. Here are three solutions to fix it as follows.
Please try to check your license code again from your license email, which is the email address you used when placing the order.

You can also check your license code on the payment platform - MyCommerce. Here please be noted that if you have completed the order for a long time, you can't directly check the license code on the "Order Complete" page of the payment platform, but you can always check your license code on the Order Search page.

If you can't find your license code from the payment platform (MyCommerce) and your license email, please contact us for further assistance via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please enclose your order information (such as order ID, email address, name you used when you purchased, etc.), which will help us exactly find your order in our database and send you the license code again. Please remember to back up the license code after you receive it.
