Part 1: Connect iOS Device to Your Mac
To erase your iOS device with Coolmuster iOS Eraser for Mac, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Launch iOS Eraser for Mac
Before erasing your iOS data, please launch the iOS Eraser program on your Mac.
Tips: If it can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer, you can fix it.
Step 2: Connect iOS Device to Mac
Use a USB cable to connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to your Mac computer. Then it will detect your mobile device, and ask if you trust this computer. Please click "Trust" on your iOS device.
Part 2: Wipe All Data on iPhone/iPad with Ease
Important Notes:
a. Back up important iOS data before proceeding - erased data cannot be recovered.
b. Maintain device connection throughout the entire process.
Step 1: Start Erasure Process
After successful connection, click the "Erase" button on the interface below:
Step 2: Choose Level for Erasure
(1) Click "Medium" next to the "Security Level" icon.
(2) Now you can see three security level on the interface: Low, Medium, or High. Choose one and click "OK" to continue.
(3) After that, type "delete" for confirmation and click "Erase". Confirm permanent deletion when prompted by clicking "OK".

Step 3: Reboot iOS Device to Go On

(2) If you choose medium or high level, the program will overwrite your data. Please keep your device connected.
Step 4: Reset iOS Device
