When purchasing products from Coolmuster's official website, you can choose from different license types: 1 Month, 1 Year, Lifetime, and Business License. Note that not all products offer all license types.
For example, with the 1 Year License, you can use it for a year, and it will automatically renew after that, known as "1 Year Subscription" or "Auto Renewal Service". You can manually cancel the subscription before it expires if you don't want to continue.
Similarly, the 1 Month License allows you to use it for a month, and it will automatically renew as the "1 Month Subscription" or "Auto Renewal Service". You can cancel it manually before the next billing period if you want to stop using the service.
Notes: If needed, you can cancel your subscription on Coolmuster products here.
When 1 Year License or 1 Month License expires, product will be renewed automatically if you don't cancel the Subscription manually. According to our Refund Policy, please kindly understand that a refund for the automatic renewal product is not supported. Here's why:
Reason 1: Once the order is complete, an email with the subject of "Delivery information for XXX" will be sent, telling you how to manage your subscription. Please note that this order confirmation email's subject would be like: Delivery information for "Coolmuster Android Assistant - 1 Year License(1 PC)" (MyCommerce Share-it order no. xxxxxxxxx).
Reason 2: 14 days before your subscription expires, MyCommerce will send you a rebilling reminder email with the subject of "Your XXX subscription" to inform you of expiration and renewal.
Reason 3: If you meet the refund requirements of our Refund Policy and would like to get a refund, please follow the steps in "How Can I Get A Refund?" to submit a refund request, we will deal with it as soon as possible.
