Step 1. Connect iPhone to computer and launch iTunes on PC.

Step 2. After iTunes has detected your device, click on iPhone icon in iTunes. Then visit Summary section, check the box of Manually manage music and videos.

Step 4. Return to Library for iTunes music. Click to select the songs you want to transfer and drag them to your device name on the left panel.
After that, all the selected songs will be imported to iPhone immediately without replacing the old music on iPhone.
There is another free way to export songs from iTunes to iPhone, however, please be aware that using iTunes sync feature to transfer music from iTunes to iPhone will delete or replace the previous songs on your iPhone. Step 1. Connect iPhone to computer and run iTunes on PC or Mac.
Step 2. Click on the iPhone icon in iTunes, then select "Music" tab under Settings. Turn to the right side and make sure the "Sync Music" option is checked.
Step 3. Check the options under Sync Music/Playlists, tick off the box related to the songs you want to transfer from iTunes to iPhone, such as "Entire music library", "Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres", "Classical Music" and etc. After selecting, click "Apply" option and it will automatically sync.
