If you can't retrieve deleted files, these are the most common reasons:

(1) Deleted long ago: The data was removed weeks/months back, and your phone's storage has since reused that space.

(2) Heavy phone usage after deletion: Even recently deleted files can become unrecoverable if you continued using your phone intensively after deletion, overwriting the old data.

3. I can't install Coolmuster Lab.Fone for Android on my Android phone, how do I fix that?

Coolmuster Lab.Fone for Android is a desktop-based software and cannot operate directly on Android devices. To recover lost data from your device, you'll need to install the program on a computer. Once set up, you can seamlessly transfer data from your Android device to the computer.

SD card reader is a device that reads/writes data from/to SD memory cards, typically via USB connection. Here is how to use it:

(1) Insert the SD card reader into a USB port.

(2) Push your SD card into the reader's slot (gold contacts facing down).

(3) Access files through File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac).

(4) Eject safely via system tray/menu before removal.

5. What is Superuser Request and how to allow it?

Superuser, is also known as root, can access all files in your phone and have administrative permission. In order to get Superuser permission, you need to root the device first.

6. I don't want to root my Android phone, so can I get back my lost data with your tool?

It depends on whether your lost data is stored on your Android phone's internal memory or SD card. If you are not sure where they are stored, just pay attention to the root prompt when scanning your phone data.

If the data you're planning to recover is located in Android phone's internal memory, then rooting your Android device could be the pre-condition for using any Android data recovery software. 7. Why can't I root my Android phone?

You can follow the below steps to solve the problem:

9. What to do if I can't properly recover photos/videos/audio/documents?

This problem can be solved in two different situations:

12. Can I recover deleted data after a factory reset?

Unfortunately, data recovery is not possible after a factory reset, as this process permanently erases all data on the device.

13. Can I access my Android phone or recover data if the phone screen is broken or locked?

No. It is because you can't operate your phone. To have your Android phone recognized successfully by the program, you need to unlock your phone to enable USB debugging.
