A workaround on How to Transfer eBooks from/to Samsung Tablet/Mobile

Step 1. Launch the software and connect your Samsung devices

After you finish the downloading and installing process of the transferring tool, you can double-click on the program shortcut icon on the computer desktop to launch it and then use a USB cable to connect your Samsung mobile phone or portable tablet to the computer.
