Step 1. Connect the Samsung tablet to your computer
You need to connect the Samsung Galaxy Tab via the available USB cable or Wi-Fi network to your computer. Make sure the USB debugging is on on your tablet. Then, launch the installed Samsung tablet recovery - Lab.Fone for Android.
Tips: if you haven't enabled the USB debugging on your Samsung tablet, the Lab.Fone for Android will be failed to detect your tablet. Therefore, you have to follow the instructions below to open USB debugging on your device.
For Android 2.3 or older, Go: "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging".
For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging".
For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"
Step 2. Scan the Samsung tablet for target data
After the USB debugging, the program will scan the Samsung tablet and display all data and information both present in the device and those deleted. All the scanned out data will be listed in the left column. Open each folder to find your wanted files.
Step 3. Select and recover files from Galaxy Tab
You need to check or uncheck the data presented after the scan. This will enable you to recover only the checked Samsung tablet's files. Select an output location to save the recovered data and click "Recover" to complete the process.
