Part 1. How to Enable USB Debugging on OnePlus Device

For all OnePlus users, you can refer to the following steps to enable USB debugging on OnePlus devices.

For Android 11+ (OxygenOS 11-14 / ColorOS-based)

*(OnePlus 8 series and newer)*

Step 1. Open Settings → Select About device.

Step 2. Tap Version → Tap Build number 7 times until "Developer mode enabled" appears.

Step 3. Press Back.

Step 4. Navigate to Additional Settings → Developer options.

Step 5. Toggle USB debugging ON.

Step 6. Confirm security warning with OK.

For Android 10 and Older (OxygenOS 7-10)

*(OnePlus 7 series and earlier)*

Step 1. Navigate to "Settings" on your OnePlus phone.

(1) If you can see "Developer options", please skip to the next step.

(2) If you can not see "Developer options", please go to "About phone" > Tap "Build number" 7 times in rapid succession. Then back to the Settings page, you will see "Developer options" now.

Step 2. Tap "Developer options" > Turn on "Developer options" and "Android debugging" > Tap "OK" when "Allow USB debugging?" prompt shows up.
