Step 1. Open Settings → Go to System (or System & Updates).
Step 2. Tap About phone → Find Build number.
Step 3. Tap Build number 7 times until you see "You are now a developer!"
(If prompted) Enter your PIN, password, or pattern.
Step 4. Go back → Now open Developer options.
Step 5. Toggle USB Debugging ON → Tap OK to confirm.
Step 6. (Optional but recommended) Enable OEM Unlocking if needed for ADB/fastboot.
Done! Your TCL phone now allows USB Debugging.

Step 1. Settings → System → About phone.
Step 2. Tap Build number 7 times → "Developer mode enabled" appears.
Step 3. Press Back → Open Developer options.
Step 4. Turn on USB Debugging → Confirm with OK.
(1) Android 10+: May require PIN verification
(2) Android 9 & Below: No extra security checks
(1) Only enable USB Debugging when needed (disable it later).
(2) Never allow "Always allow from this computer" on public PCs.
(3) Revoke USB authorizations after use: Developer options → Revoke USB debugging authorizations.
